Pasta With Kale And Spinach Recipe


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pound pasta, cooked according to package directions
  • 1 6oz bag of kale & spinach blend
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • kosher salt & black pepper
  • fresh grated Parmesan Reggiano

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Drain, return pasta to pot.
  3. Add oil, garlic, kale & spinach blend, salt & pepper.
  4. Toss well until kale & spinach wilt.
  5. Serve with fresh grated cheese.
