Pindang Damulag Recipe


INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 k. carabeef, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp. rock salt 
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar 

INSTRUCTIONS:


  1. Mix together all ingredients. 
  2. Let stand for one hour. 
  3. Wash carabeef and bring to boil until tender. 
  4. Sprinkle with salt and allow to cool.
  5. Deep fry and serve.
