Tortillas With Spicy Sugar Glazed Chicken Recipe


INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 g of chicken breast 
  • 1 tsp of garlic salt 
  • 1 ½ tbsp of soy sauce 
  • 1 tsp of paprika 
  • 1/4 tsp of sweet chilli powder 
  • ½ tsp of cayenne pepper 
  • ½ tbsp of oil 
  • 3 tbsp of sugar

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cut chicken breasts into cubes and put them in a bag. Then add the soy sauce, garlic salt, paprika, chili, cayenne pepper and oil. Shake well and when all the chicken pieces are covered you put the bag in the refrigerator and let the chicken marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Find a frying pan and get the sugar on. Turn up on high heat. When the pan starts to get warm get in the chicken mixture, even if the sugar is not melted! Fry the chicken mixture until it is cooked through and the liquid is thick and sticky sauce. Then it’s finished. 
  3. Serve with tortillas, salad and maybe some sour cream and baked peppers.
