INGREDIENTS:
- ribs from one fish
- ginger sliced
- garlic mashed
- scallions chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fermented soy beans
- 1/2 tablespoon scratch
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cut the ribs out and then marinade with salt, ginger slices and scratch for about 2 hours for basic flavoring.
- Add mashed garlic and fermented soy beans on top. Then pour light soy sauce to steam in pot for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle scallions and chopped red pepper if you want a little spicy taste.
