Steam Fish Recipe


INGREDIENTS:

  • ribs from one fish
  • ginger sliced
  • garlic mashed
  • scallions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fermented soy beans
  • 1/2 tablespoon scratch

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cut the ribs out and then marinade with salt, ginger slices and scratch for about 2 hours for basic flavoring.
  2. Add mashed garlic and fermented soy beans on top. Then pour light soy sauce to steam in pot for 10 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle scallions and chopped red pepper if you want a little spicy taste.
