INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound ground beef, or thinly sliced beef, pork or chicken
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 cup button mushrooms, chopped
- 3 celery stalks. chopped
- 1 can Chinese vegetables, undrained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 package (8 oz) chinese noodles, prepared to package intructions
- 1 cup water
- soy sauce to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Brown the meat, onion, mushrooms and celery in a large skillet. Drain off any excess fat.
- In a bowl, combine Chinese vegetables, soups, noodles, water and soy sauce, mixing well to combine.
- Put meat mixture at bottom of 9×13 inch casserole dish
- Top with noodle mixture.
- Bake covered for 40 minutes.
Serve with chow mein noodles.
