Ginger Tofu Recipe


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pound tofu, cut into sticks
  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger (powdered, minced, or grated)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Gather all materials.
  2. Combine all materials, making sure to cover tofu in sauce. Marinate if desired.
  3. Pan fry tofu sticks until outside crispy.
