INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound tofu, cut into sticks
- 1/2 tablespoon ginger (powdered, minced, or grated)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon corn starch (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Gather all materials.
- Combine all materials, making sure to cover tofu in sauce. Marinate if desired.
- Pan fry tofu sticks until outside crispy.
