- 4 to 6 Pork Chops
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Chili Powder - gluten free
- ⅓ teaspoon McCormick Cayenne Pepper - gluten free
- ½ teaspoon McCormick Garlic Powder - gluten free
- zest of 1 lime
- 1 lime juice
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- 1 cup pineapple, diced
- 3 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
- ½ of a small red onion, finely chopped
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Rub pork chops with chili powder, cayenne pepper, garlic powder then salt and a little black pepper.
- Combine the pineapple, cilantro, red onion, lime zest and juice in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper then drizzle a little bit of olive oil.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil on a large cast iron skillet to medium high heat. Add pork about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
- Place pork on a serving platter and top with the salsa. Serve
