INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. milk
- 3/4 t. baking powder
- 1 t. garlic powder
- 1 t. onion powder
- 1 T. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 lb. cooked and drained, ground sausage
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and grease a 24-count mini muffin tin.
- In a bowl combine all ingredients to form a soft, thick batter.
- Using a spoon fill the muffin tin 3/4 full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until puffy and golden brown.
- Serve warm with pizza sauce.
