Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of bamboo shoots, Labong
  • 1 onion, chopped finely
  • French dressin
How to Cook:
  1. Simmer the labong. Squeeze and filter it to remove excess water.
  2. Add the labong and put some salt. Put the French dressing.
  3. Put the tomato and onion on the top then serve it.
