Pancit Bihon Recipe



Pancit Bihon

INGREDIENTS:
  • sliced chicken meat
  • shrimp 
  • garlic
  • onions
  • bellpepper
  • onion leaves
  • celery
  • cabbage
  • carrots
  • Philippine Brand Rice sticks/noodles
  • Knorr pork cubes ( about 2 cubes )
  • black pepper and (silver swan brand ) soy sauce to season

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. fry garlic until golden brown
  2. add chicken and brown both sides.
  3. add shrimp
  4. add water about 2-3 cups 
  5. and bring to a boil until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
  6. add Knorr Pork cubes.
  7. make sure there is enough water for the noodles to cook and absorb.
  8. add noodles and the vegetables and season
  9. with black pepper and soysauce.
  10. the liquid should all be absorbed by the noodles and just when 
  11. the noodles are done add your onion leaves.
  12. Best served with garlic bread and Philippine Lemon.
