Adobong Okra (Okra Adobo)


INGREDIENTS:

  • 20 pcs. fresh, very young okra
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. pork,
  • 3 tbsp. patis
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tsp. pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:


  1. Wash and parboil the okra in water. Set aside.
  2. Fry the pork. Push to one of the pan.
  3. Saute garlic, onion and okra.
  4. Season with vinegar, patis and pepper.
  5. Cook until is tender crisp.
