Bagnet Adobo Recipe



INGREDIENTS:

  • About 1/4 kilo bagnet
  • 1/8 cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1.2 cup water
  • One 234g pineapple chunks
  • 4 cloves garlic – finely minced
  • 1 medium onion – chopped
  • Laurel leaves
  • Ground pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Saute garlic and onion.
  2. Add oyster sauce, vinegar and water, boil.
  3. Add laurel leaves and pepper, boil until thick.
  4. Add bagnet, simmer.
  5. Add the pineapple chunks and syrup, boil until thick.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
