INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg tilapia
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 knob ginger, julienne
- 1 onion, finely sliced
- 1 tbsp bagoong (shrimp paste)
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 3 cups coconut cream
- 1-2 banana peppers
- 1 cup spinach or mustard leaves
- cooking oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Saute garlic, ginger and onion
- Add shrimp paste and fish sauce
- Pour coconut cream, stir
- Add banana peppers, simmer for 5 mins
- Add tilapia, lower heat and simmer for 7 to 10 mins or until fish is cooked
- Add spinach/mustard leaves, simmer for another minute and serve
