INGREDIENTS:
- 6 garlic cloves
- 2 cups Chinese style Mami
- 1 - 2 cups cooked chicken meat, shredded
- 1 boiled egg, sliced
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup onion leaves, chopped
- 1 onion bulb, minced
- 5 – 7 cups chicken stock
- ½ teaspoon bell pepper, cut into strips
- Dark soy sauce to season
- Salt to taste
- Pepper(Optional)(Pepper not recommended)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Sauté the spices in 1/4 cup of vegetable oil (onion, garlic, bell pepper) together with the shredded chicken.
- Add the chicken stock.
- Add the Chinese style Mami.
- Boil for a few minutes.
- Season with dark soy sauce.
- Add the sliced boiled egg and onions as a finishing garnish.
- Finished.
