Chicken Mami Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups Chinese style Mami
  • 1 - 2 cups cooked chicken meat, shredded
  • 1 boiled egg, sliced
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup onion leaves, chopped
  • 1 onion bulb, minced
  • 5 – 7 cups chicken stock
  • ½ teaspoon bell pepper, cut into strips
  • Dark soy sauce to season
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper(Optional)(Pepper not recommended)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Sauté the spices in 1/4 cup of vegetable oil (onion, garlic, bell pepper) together with the shredded chicken.
  2. Add the chicken stock.
  3. Add the Chinese style Mami.
  4. Boil for a few minutes.
  5. Season with dark soy sauce.
  6. Add the sliced boiled egg and onions as a finishing garnish.
  7. Finished.
