INGREDIENTS:
- 500 g boneless chicken
- 1/4 small onion
- 3-4 small garlic cloves
- 1 egg white
- 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 dashes black pepper
- 10 cilantro leaves, chopped
- mashed green peas
- finely chopped carrots
- cayenne pepper (optional)
- oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Blend chicken, onion, garlic, egg white lemon juice and salt and pepper in a food processor until well combined.
- Add cilantro leaves, green peas and carrots.
- Add a dash of cayenne pepper.
- Form into balls and deep fry.
