INGREDIENTS:
- white hominy
- grated coconut
- water
- salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a pot, pour the can of hominy.
- Add water and let it boil for 15-20 minutes or until the corn is tender.
- Season with salt.
- Drain and transfer to a serving plate.
- Top with grated coconut.
- Enjoy
