- 8 pcs. Fried fish (mamsa or whatever left over fried fish)
- 1 small pack of tausi
- soy sauce
- dash of pepper
- dash of brown sugar
- vinegar
- minced garlic
- minced onion
- 2 cups water
- Rub some salt on your fish and deep fry. Set aside.
- Saute onions and garlic.
- Add tausi.
- Add water.
- Add a dash of pepper.
- Add 1 tbsp vinegar.
- Add 1 tbsp soy sauce.
- Add a dash of brown sugar.
- Once it boils, turn off the fire and serve on top of the fried fish. Do not overcook the sauce because the tausi will make it very salty.
- Best served if the fish is still hot.
