- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 2 Tablespoons bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a large bowl combine the ground chicken with all the ingredients except the olive oil and form into 8-10 balls. Flatten them slightly.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet on medium heat.
- Cook the meatballs 10-15 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
