INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups of old rice
- stalk of onion leeks
- 80g carrots ( diced )
- 1 egg
- 1 red onion
- salt and pepper
- oyster sauce ( optional )
INSTRUCTIONS:
- heat the wok, add oil and make a traditional scrambled egg. Set aside.
- Add oil on the used pan. Saute the onions, carrots and leeks.
- Put the rice on the wok and stir consistently. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix the scrambled egg to the rice. Leave it for a minute.
- Serve.
