- 100 ml chicken broth
- 250 g chicken strips
- 1 pc onion sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
INSTRUCTIONS:
- place broth in a pan, let boil.
- add the onion and chicken and simmer for 3 minutes..
- add soy sauce and sugar on your desired taste..
- simmer for 2 minutes..
- pour on top of rice..
