Crispy Alimasag Recipe



INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 kilo small crabs (alimasag)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon minced chili pepper (siling labuyo)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper (paminta)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt (asin)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Wash and clean the small crabs and cut in halves.
  2. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and add in the crabs.
  3. Heat cooking oil in a pan. Fry the crabs until crispy and golden brown.
