INGREDIENTS
2 cups raw almonds
2 tbsp honey
5 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp sea salt
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 275.
- In a large bowl, mix together the almonds and honey.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cocoa powder and sea salt.
- Gradually add the cocoa powder mixture to the almonds and stir until the almonds are well coated.
- Bake at 275 for about 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes or so to prevent burning.
- Let cool for at least 30 minutes.
