Egg Salad With Bacon & Sriracha-Honey Mustard Dressing Recipe


INGREDIENTS

12 hard boiled eggs, peeled, diced

1 pound bacon, cooked, chopped
1 5.3-ounce container plain Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon sweet hot mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon sriracha
3 green onions, finely chopped
"Everything" Italian bread, for serving
Fresh baby spinach, for serving

DIRECTIONS
Combine the first 11 ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Chill.
Toast the bread (if desired). Serve egg salad on bread with baby spinach (or eat it with a spoon! Yum!)
