Lotus Root Rib Soup Recipe


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 fresh lotus roots
  • 1 pork ribs
  • 3 teaspoon salt
  • 1 bunch green onion
  • 1 small piece of ginger

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cut the lotus root into cubes around 5 cm long and 5 cm wide. And then cut the pork ribs into sections around 8 cm.
  2. Rinse the ribs in boiling waters to get rid of the impurity.
  3. Put the lotus root, ribs sections and peanut into pressure cooker to cook for around 30 minutes.
  4. Please do not add salt firstly, which can spoil the fresh taste of the soup. Add salt to taste after the cooking process in the pressure cooker is done.
  5. Get the green onion chopped and add some in your serving soup bowls.
