INGREDIENTS:
- 1 fresh lotus roots
- 1 pork ribs
- 3 teaspoon salt
- 1 bunch green onion
- 1 small piece of ginger
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cut the lotus root into cubes around 5 cm long and 5 cm wide. And then cut the pork ribs into sections around 8 cm.
- Rinse the ribs in boiling waters to get rid of the impurity.
- Put the lotus root, ribs sections and peanut into pressure cooker to cook for around 30 minutes.
- Please do not add salt firstly, which can spoil the fresh taste of the soup. Add salt to taste after the cooking process in the pressure cooker is done.
- Get the green onion chopped and add some in your serving soup bowls.
