Broiled Parmesan Tilapia Recipe


INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1½ tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Marinate tilapia fillets with soy sauce, garlic powder and salt and pepper for just 5 mins.
  2. Combine rest of the ingredients together in a separate bowl and set aside.
  3. Place the marinated tilapia fillets onto the foil lined pan and then broil them into the preheated broiler oven onto high for 5 mins.
  4. Then take them out from oven, turn the sides and spread the prepared parmesan mixture onto the fillets.
  5. Again place these fillets into the oven and broil for 3-5 mins.
  6. Serve the hot Broiled Parmesan Tilapia with your favorite salad or as it is.
