INGREDIENTS:
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1½ tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ½ tsp dried basil
- salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Marinate tilapia fillets with soy sauce, garlic powder and salt and pepper for just 5 mins.
- Combine rest of the ingredients together in a separate bowl and set aside.
- Place the marinated tilapia fillets onto the foil lined pan and then broil them into the preheated broiler oven onto high for 5 mins.
- Then take them out from oven, turn the sides and spread the prepared parmesan mixture onto the fillets.
- Again place these fillets into the oven and broil for 3-5 mins.
- Serve the hot Broiled Parmesan Tilapia with your favorite salad or as it is.
