INGREDIENTS:
- 1 sea bream
- 1/2 lime, sliced
- Handful of fine green beans
- Handful of baby plum tomatoes, halved
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/gas 4
- Descale, gut and clean the fish if necessary, pat dry with paper towels.
- Drizzle a little oil in a baking dish and add the veggies. Lay the fish on top, tucking the lime slices in the belly cavity and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the flesh is white and opaque right the way through.
- Serve and devour.
