INGREDIENTS:
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 150 g mozzarella
- tomatoes
- 400 g spinach
- 2 cloves garlic
- black sesame
- olive oil
- salt, pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cut the chicken fillets into smaller pieces. Rub with salt, pepper and olive oil.
- Wash the spinach and tomatoes and dry well. Cut tomatoes on pieces (cherry tomatoes), mozzarella into smaller pieces, garlic into thin slices.
- Bake the chicken fillets on the grill pan.
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients, season with salt, pepper, olive oil, a little lemon juice to taste and sprinkle black sesame seeds.
