INGREDIENTS:
- 500 g of noodles
- 2 onions
- 2 leeks
- 3 red bell peppers
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 200 grams of mushrooms
- 150 g of ham
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 5-7 tbsp of soy sauce
- 2 tsp of oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp of brown sugar
- oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Boil the noodles and drain.
- Chop the onions, garlic, leeks, onions, mushrooms and peppers. Put some oil in a pan and pour all the vegetables in. When they start to soften up you add in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar and ham. Stir well. Put the noodles in. When all is well stirred, the dish is ready to be eaten.
