INGREDIENTS:
- 1800 g of potatoes
- ½ liter of cream
- 300 of milk
- 1 bouillon cube
- 2 large onions
- 200 g of grated cheese
- Well with salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Cut the onions into thin strips. Mix the cream and milk and warm it in a pan. Add in the bouillon cube so that it can be dissolved. Once it is dissolved take the cream and milk mixture of the heat.
- Heat the oven to 150 degrees C convention oven.
- Find a deep dish and cover the bottom with a layer of potato slices. Put 1/3 of the onions on top and then sprinkle 1/3 of the cheese on. Add on some salt and pepper and pour 1/3 of the cream and milk mixture over. Then another layer of potatoes, onions, the other 1/3 of the cheese on, salt and pepper and then the other 1/3 of the cream and milk mixture over. Then, the last layer of the last parts of potatoes, onions, cheese, salt, pepper and cream and milk mixture.
- Put the pan in the oven for 45 minutes, and then turn down to 100 degrees C and let the mixture be in there for further 75 minutes.
- Serve hot with meat and vegetables.
