- 150g ubod, cut into strips
- 1 pc onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 pcs carrots, cut into strips
- 2 pcs sinkamas, cut into strips
- 1 pc Knorr shrimp cubes
For the Sauce:
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tbsp garlic minced
- 2 tbsp peanut ground
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a preheated pan saute onions and garlic, then add knorr shrimp cubes, mashed then saute for another minute.
- Add vegetables over high heat until cooked but still crisp. Season according to taste.
- In a separate pot, combine brown sugar, water and soy sauce and bring to a boil.
- Thicken this with cornstarch diluted with water (slurry). Add garlic and peanut.
- Mix well and half to the sauteed vegetables.
- Serve with remaining sauce with extra chopped garlic and nuts.
