Ingredients
- 4 cups fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
1) Place broth in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.

2) Reduce heat to low, and place a wire mesh sieve over saucepan. Strain eggs through sieve into pan.
3) Remove from heat. Stir in onions and salt.
