INGREDIENTS:
- 250 mls coconut water/ water
- 450 mls thick coconut milk
- 150 gm sugar
- 30 gm gelatin
- Coconut flesh / vanilla ice cream / banana
- Mix the gelatin with water and stir until dissolve. Add sugar and boil till sugar dissolve.
- Pour in the coconut milk and boil until simmering.
- Pour into tray, cool completely and chill in fridge until set.
- Cut to your desire shape and serve with coconut meat, banana or ice cream.
