- Beef trotters - 500 g.
- Garlic - 15 cloves
- Onions, diced - 1 large
- Black peppercorns
- Carrots, diced - 1 medium
- Potatoes, quartered - 2 medium
- Cabbage
- Salt to taste
- Water enough to cook the meat for at least 3 hours
- Dump all of the ingredients, except for the vegetables, in a pot and bring to a boil at low-medium fire for at least 3 hours. Add more water as needed. Adjust taste by adding more salt when necessary.
- Add the potatoes and cook for another 10 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.
- Add the carrots and cabbage and cook it until the cabbage is soft.
- Serve and enjoy
