INGREDIENTS:
- ½ ground beef (or pork)
- 1 kilo pechay, sliced into ½ inch
- ½ tsp ginger (optional)
- 5 pieces garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- salt and ground pepper
- In a pot, sauté ginger, garlic and onions until it caramelized.
- Add ground beef and continue to sauté until the color turns to golden brown.
- Pour in water, add salt and ground pepper according to your taste. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the pechay and simmer it for a few minutes.
- Serve while it’s still hot!
