INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 kg of Pork cubes (Adobo Cut)
- 1 tbsp of pepper corns
- 4 cloves of pitted garlic pitted
- 2 tbsp cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of vinegar
- 2 pcs bay leaves
- 1 large potato peeled and cubed
- 2 tbsp of cooking oil
- If you are in a hurry, pork cubes can be cooked even if its frozen.
- All you need to do is put the frozen pork on a skillet with 1/2 cup of water with salt and pepper on a medium fire.
- Water will soon evaporate then oil will ooze from the pork meat.
- Fry it on its own oil for a moment and add a few tablespoons of cooking oil.
- Add the pitted garlic and the potatoes.
- Mix them till the potatoes are half done.
- Add the vinegar and let it evaporate still on a medium fire.
- Add the soy sauce, bay leaves and mix till soy sauce evaporates
