Filipino-Style Baby Back Ribs Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
  • a rack of baby back ribs and boil it with
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mang Tomas
  • 5 calamansi juice
  • 5 Tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 laurel leaves
  • 3-4 Tbsp Banana Catsup
  • 2cups water ( dependent on the tenderness of the ribs)
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Cook until tender...Thicken the sauce and coat over the ribs.
  2. Place on Breville Griller or Charcoal grill to charr the meat for about 5-10 minutes and serve hot.
