- 3 lbs. ground beef
- 2 cups of fresh breadcrumbs – (made from hard Italian bread and seasoned to taste)
- 3 eggs
- 4 cloves garlic – chopped
- ½ cup – fresh parsley – chopped
- ½ cup – left over mashed sweet potatoes
- Dashes – black pepper
- Dashes – dried oregano
- Dashes – paprika
- 1 tablespoon – soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon – Teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon – Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tablespoons – Ketchup
- 1 tsp – brown sugar
- 1 tsp – soy sauce
- 1 tsp – Teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp – Worcestershire Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat Oven – 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients for the meatloaf and mix well.
- Form the meat into a loaf shape and place in a baking dish.
- Combine all of the ingredients for the glaze in a small dish and brush over the top of the meatloaf.
- Place in the oven and bake about 55-60 minutes.
