Meatloaf Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 lbs. ground beef
  • 2 cups of fresh breadcrumbs – (made from hard Italian bread and seasoned to taste)
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 cloves garlic – chopped
  • ½ cup – fresh parsley – chopped
  • ½ cup – left over mashed sweet potatoes
  • Dashes – black pepper
  • Dashes – dried oregano
  • Dashes – paprika
  • 1 tablespoon – soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon – Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon – Worcestershire Sauce
Glaze:
  • 2 tablespoons – Ketchup
  • 1 tsp – brown sugar
  • 1 tsp – soy sauce
  • 1 tsp – Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp – Worcestershire Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Preheat Oven – 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients for the meatloaf and mix well. 
  3. Form the meat into a loaf shape and place in a baking dish. 
  4. Combine all of the ingredients for the glaze in a small dish and brush over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Place in the oven and bake about 55-60 minutes.
