- 3 Lemons
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 kg fish
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 1/2 tsp thyme
Combine all the ingredients. Simmer for about 5 minutes in a low fire.
- Squeeze 1/2 cup lemon juice from lemons.
- Combine the juice, salt pepper, rosemary and thyme in a shallow dish.
- Add the fish & turn to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times.
- Drain the fish and brush with melted butter and place on preheated grill.
- Broil until opaque throughout.
