Grilled Lemon Fish Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 Lemons
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 kg fish
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary
  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
Combine all the ingredients. Simmer for about 5 minutes in a low fire.

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Squeeze 1/2 cup lemon juice from lemons.
  2. Combine the juice, salt pepper, rosemary and thyme in a shallow dish. 
  3. Add the fish & turn to coat. 
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times. 
  5. Drain the fish and brush with melted butter and place on preheated grill. 
  6. Broil until opaque throughout.
