- 200 grams Salted Shrimp Paste
- 200 grams pork belly sliced thinly
- 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 2 tbsp garlic minced
- 1 large Onion minced
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 large Chili Pepper
- Heat half cup of water in a non-stick pan, Add the pork slices. Let it simmer until the water evaporates. Cook the pork until the color turn to light brown. Put aside.
- In the same pan, pour cooking oil. Saute the garlic and onions, mix with the pork. Add the shrimp paste, vinegar, sugar and chili pepper. In a low heat, let it simmer for 5 to 8 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it cool down to room temperature then transfer to a wide-mouth bottle for easy access when needed. There you have it. Enjoy and share!
