Kinilaw Na Tanigue Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 kilo Tanigue, cubed
  • 1 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1 red onion, minced
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 stalks spring onion, chopped
  • 2 pieces red chili, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. In a bowl, season the Tanigue with salt and pepper.
  2. Add vinegar and let the vinegar cook the fish for 3 minutes.
  3. Drain the Tanigue.
  4. Add all the remaining ingredients.
  5. Serve
