INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 kilo Tanigue, cubed
- 1 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1 red onion, minced
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 stalks spring onion, chopped
- 2 pieces red chili, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- In a bowl, season the Tanigue with salt and pepper.
- Add vinegar and let the vinegar cook the fish for 3 minutes.
- Drain the Tanigue.
- Add all the remaining ingredients.
- Serve
