Ginisang Atay Ng Manok (Sauteed Chicken Liver) Recipe





INGREDIENTS:
  • 200 grms of chicken liver
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 Tbsp of oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Ginisang Atay Ng Manok (Sauteed Chicken Liver) Recipe


INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Heat oil in a wok. 
  2. Saute garlic, onion and tomato.
  3. Add the chick liver, mixed and cover.
  4. Cook for 5-7 minutes or till liver is cooked.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
