Baked Meatballs Recipe



INGREDIENTS:
  • 400 gm ground beef
  • 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 1 ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • Salt to taste

Baked Meatballs Recipe

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, crumbs, cheese, onion, parsley, pepper, salt and garlic.
  2. Marinate ground beef with the above mixture and make small balls, make sure that there should be no fat and water in the meat otherwise meatballs would break and not remain smooth. If balls are not smooth then add small quantity of graham flour to make it smooth.
  3. Spread the balls on a greased baking tray and place in pre-heated oven for 25 min at 400 degrees F.
