INGREDIENTS:
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 small hot pepper, finely chopped
- 1 pound shelled shrimps, if frozen thawed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh coriander leaves or parsley
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a frying pan, melt butter then sauté garlic and hot pepper over medium heat until garlic begins to brown.
- Add shrimps then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Stir-fry for a further 5 to 6 minutes.
- Stir in coriander or parsley then serve sizzling hot.
