- 8-10 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1-2 packs Budding brand beef
- bacon - 1 strip for each piece of chicken
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz sour cream
- pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees for longer baking time or 350 for faster
- Place a layer of beef in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan
- Starting at the smaller end, roll each piece of chicken and wrap it with one piece of bacon
- Place rolled chicken on top of beef
- In a large bowl mix sour cream and cream of chicken soup
- Spoon mixture over chicken
- Bake at 275 for 3 hrs or 350 for 1-1 1/2 hours
