INGREDIENTS:
- 1 c. shelled oysters, blanched
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. onions, peeled and chopped
- 3-5 peppercorns, crushed
- 1 - 2 tsp. salt
- Combine all ingredients and let stand for about 2 hours.
- Serve cold.
