INGREDIENTS:
- 10 ounces shrimp
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1/2 cup vegetable stock
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 3 tablespoons butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Gather all materials.
- Melt butter.
- Cook shrimp in butter for a minute or two on each side.
- Remove shrimp, and heat garlic in butter until fragrant.
- Add in veggie stock.
- Return shrimp to pan, and cook until done.
