Chicken Adobo Sa Gata Recipe



INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 medium size chicken, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 head garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 c coconut milk
  • 1-1/2 c coco cream

Chicken Adobo Sa Gata Recipe

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Bring to a boil chicken with vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Add coconut milk and simmer until chicken is tender.
  3. Add coco cream and cook until it turns oily.
  4. Serve hot.
