INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 tbs oil
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 small tomatoes, diced
- 12 oz ground beef
- 1 tbs fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 4 cups water
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat oil in a saucepan and stir-fry garlic until golden. Add onion and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and cook until soft. Add beef, fish sauce, and pepper. Stir-fry for 5 minutes and then add potatoes, and water, bringing to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer uncovered over low heat for about 20 minutes. Serve hot.
