INGREDIENTS:
- 9 slices cocktail sourdough bread
- 2 Roma tomatoes
- 2 Bumble Bee Albacore Tuna Pouches {2.5 oz. each}
- 3 T. mayo
- 1 t. mustard
- 1 dill pickle spear, chopped
- 5 sandwich slices of muenster cheese
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
- Preheat your toaster oven or regular oven to 400 degrees.
- Lay sourdough bread on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Bake for 5 minutes or until toasted.
- Meanwhile mix together tuna, mayo, mustard, pickles, salt and pepper. Slice the tomatoes.
- Place a heaping spoonful of tuna on the toasts, top with a sliced tomato and half of a slice of cheese.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
- Serve hot or let cool, chill and eat later.
