- 1/2 kilo Chicken liver
- 1/2 kilo Chicken gizzard
- 1/2 cup Soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Vinegar
- 2 piece Bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon Peppercorn
- 1 liter Water
- 1 head Garlic, minced
- 1 piece medium Onion, chopped
- 5 pieces Boiled eggs
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients except the eggs.
- Boil for 20–30 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
- Add the boiled eggs.
- Serve.
