Adobong Atay Balunbalunan Recipe




INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 kilo Chicken liver
  • 1/2 kilo Chicken gizzard
  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Vinegar
  • 2 piece Bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon Peppercorn
  • 1 liter Water
  • 1 head Garlic, minced
  • 1 piece medium Onion, chopped
  • 5 pieces Boiled eggs

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Combine all ingredients except the eggs.
  2. Boil for 20–30 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
  3. Add the boiled eggs.
  4. Serve.
